Returns & Refunds

• Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Digital products (eBooks, downloads, printables), personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Printify & Zendrop Orders

Products fulfilled through Printify and Zendrop are subject to their fulfillment policies. Packaging, shipping, delivery, and fulfillment errors will be reviewed and resolved directly through Printify or Zendrop as applicable.
